This interactive presentation will provide the basics of managing projects - regardless of their size or complexity. This webinar will provide a simple step-by-step process for managing your projects. Attendees will learn how to use a variety of documents - scopestatements, communication plans, risk management plans, risk registers and change management plans - in order to better manage their initiatives. Additionally, the importance of socializing initiatives as well as managing stakeholders to ensure commitment to initiatives and support needed to achieve goals will be discussed. 

Challenges in managing projects will be covered as well as how to best address those challenges to keep your project moving forward. Gina Abudi MBA has over 20 years of consulting and training/facilitation experience in helping businesses of all sizes develop and implement strategy around projects, processes and people. Gina is President of Abudi Consulting Group, LLC. She is an adjunct faculty member at Mt Washington College (NH) teaching in the business administration department and at Granite State College (NH) teaching in the project management graduate program. 

Gina is a professional speaker and keynote at a variety of conferences, forums and corporate and industry events on a variety of management, leadership and project management topics. She writes a number of white papers, case studies, and articles on various management and project management topics, which can be found on her blog. 
She is co-author of The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Best Practices for Small Business (Alpha Books, 2011) and contributing author to Gantthead’s Project Pain Reliever (J. Ross Publishing, 2011). She is currently working on her next book, Taking a Project Management Approach to Business Process Improvement Initiatives (working title) due to be released in late 2014 by J Ross Publishing.
