JEMP was launched in 2013 with the intension to create a platform for presentation and discussion of research results in the polymer community. The city of Bejaia, the capital of the Soummam Valley in Kabylia is one of the leading centers in Polymer Science and Technology and also a cultural hot spot. A number of old monuments, museums and the surroundings offer a beautiful and romantic landscape for recreation.
