Instructor Profile:
Ted Herrmann, has been involved with the Aerospace/Aviation industry for over 30 years. Ted’s experience includes basic parts inspection to Class –A- Layout Inspection, Manufacturing Process Planning, Quality Process Planning and developing a combined Manufacturing/Quality Process Planning process. Ted has been involved in Quality Architecture developing Quality Management System processes, procedures and work instructions.
Ted was instrumental in leading the development of the ISO 9001:2008 Compliant Quality Management System at Presidential Airways. Ted has worked with the Quality Management Systems of Pratt & Whitney, International Aero Engines, GE Aviation, Airbus, Boeing, Gulfstream, General Dynamics, Rolls Royce, Spirit Aerosystems and a host of suppliers supporting some or all of these organizations. Ted has a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University and ISO/AS Lead Auditor Certification inclusive of IAQG AATT classifications in both AS9100 and AS9110.
