The purpose of 2014 the 3rd International Conference on Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science and Civil Engineering (ICMEMSCE 2014)is to bring together researchers and practitioners interested in the application of information and communication technologies (ICT) to Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science and Civil Engineering in general and to the specialized support to persons with special needs in particular.
