Zu Beginn des Kurses werden die allgemeinen Aspekte des Mischens und Rührens (Misch- und Rührausrüstungen, Aufgaben, Fluiddynamik, Leistungseintrag) besprochen und wesentliche Kenntnisse der Rheologie sowie der Dimensionsanalyse und Modellübertragung vermittelt. Aufbauend darauf werden die relevanten Grundlagen der wichtigsten Misch- und Rühroperationen im Detail vorgestellt, Hinweise zur Auslegung gegeben und anhand von praxisorientierten Aufgaben die Lernziele vertieft. Die Teilnehmer sollen in die Lage versetzt werden, laufende Rühr- und Mischprozesse bewerten sowie Neuplanungen kompetent begleiten zu können.
