كذلك وتطمح الجامعة الخليجية عبر هذا المؤتمر بالمساهمة في بناء سياسات إعلامية وإستراتيجيات للتوعية المجتمعية القادرة على وضع حد للتأثيرات السالبة على المجتمع من وسائط التواصل الاجتماعي خاصة ما يتعلق بتداول الأخبار الكاذبة والمعلومات الخاطئة.
