HIAT 2022 — 15th International Conference on Heavy Ion Accelerator Technology

GSI/FAIR is honored to host the 15th International Conference on Heavy Ion Accelerator Technology in the Rhine-Main Metropolitan Region, in the City of Darmstadt, Germany. To allow for the original in person conference experience the 15th HIAT has been shifted by one year to 2022. HIAT is an international conference dedicated to the design, construction, development and operation of heavy-ion accelerators and their components. It focuses on the operational experience of existing facilities, achievements in heavy-ion accelerator physics and technology, progress on the implementation of new projects and infrastructure upgrades, and trends in the proposal, design and application of heavy ion accelerators as well as their main systems and components.
