Bishop Grosseteste University (BGU) is located on a beautifully green and pleasant campus just a few minutes’ walk from Lincoln Cathedral, Castle, and the old Roman city. Our story began in the 1860s as an Anglican teacher training college for women, which makes us one of the oldest Higher Education Institutions in the UK. Since then, we've grown, adapted, and modernised to become the thriving university we are today. We're still experts in teaching and education, but we've now got a wider portfolio of exciting degree courses than ever before. We currently offer courses in a wide range of subjects, from Undergraduate Degree level to PhD, and much more in between.

We are looking for an Enquiries Officer to join our busy team. In this role, you will deliver excellent customer service to enquirers and applicants on the phone, email, and other communication channels. You will also co-ordinate and administer on campus events and virtual events, including interview days, open days and offer holder days. To work with the Admissions and Student Recruitment Managers to develop and co-ordinate potential applicant enquiries using our CRM system, ensuring a high-level professional service is delivered.
