Following the implementation of the new HR system Oracle Fusion at our university, we are forming a new team to support the management of our establishment. You will join our friendly and supportive HR Shared Services team to provide advisory support to all staff across the university relating to establishment control within the HR system; this will include dealing with customers using all communication methods available e.g. Teams calls, in person and via the UniCore Helpdesk.

This is customer focused role and your main responsibilities will be the administration of the UniCore system to ensure the HR team can manage the employee life cycle.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to gain HR experience and support the university with its cost saving objectives using the UniCore system to drive improvements in our establishment control process.

To be successful you will be able to demonstrate your high levels of attention to detail and accuracy and have experience in a data entry or administrative role. You will need to be resilient and comfortable working with high volume requests, as well as being adaptable and a good problem solver, actively looking for opportunities to improve our processes and our service for customers.

We are looking for someone who shares our passion for excellent customer service and  works effectively as a part of a team. You will demonstrate your positive and pro-active approach to   work, showing flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills.

A hybrid working arrangement with blended approach of office and home working each week. Typically, you will work 2 – 3 days per week on Kings Meadow Campus, Nottingham.

This post will be offered on a fixed-term contract for 12 months and on a full-time basis (36.25 hours per week). Arrangements for job share would be considered.
