Cafe/ Bar Manager (0866-25)

Lancaster University is seeking a Cafe Bar Manager to oversee a new opening Cafe in the prestigious Lancaster University Management School.

You will ensure that your designated units are set up to maximise all revenue opportunities whilst controlling costs in line with targets along with making sure that the atmosphere and the customer service is befitting the standards expected of you. You will manage a team of staff and be responsible for their training and development within department guidelines

You must be able to lead a team, adapt to challenges whilst striving for improvements and change on a regular basis
