You will visit University properties, source appropriate accommodation for staff, students and visitors and will assess the suitability of the accommodation by carrying out inspections and liaising with relevant stakeholders including prospective tenants, providing excellent service on behalf of the University.

You will also be responsible for drafting and issuing tenancy agreements and will oversee the end of the tenancy process coordinating both the clearing and refurbishments of accommodation alongside other Estates departments.
