The Role

As Head of Facilities Management and Projects, this is a unique opportunity to be part of our next chapter.  You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the size, and the utilisation of our estates, together with, leading and delivering high-quality, compliant, and cost-effective in-house facilities management services across our campuses.  With a strong background in estates or facilities management, you’ll be a leader who inspires and empowers others.  You’ll bring the vision and have the capability to make a lasting impact, helping to shape a safe, sustainable, and inspiring environment for students, staff, and visitors alike as we evolve our campus.   

About You

Extensive experience in estates leadership within a large, complex organisation.Strong technical knowledge of maintenance, compliance, and facilities operations.A degree in a construction/property discipline and a relevant professional qualification (e.g., MRICS, MRIBA).Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage major projects.
