We’re looking for a proactive, organised and digitally confident Careers & Employability Information Administrator to join our successful team based at the Moulsecoomb campus. As the first point of contact for the Careers & Employability team, you’ll play a key role in helping students, staff and employers access information, resources and support.
Your focus will be on providing front-line customer service, managing enquiries across multiple channels, and helping ensure our information and systems are accurate, accessible and up to date. Other key duties include supporting a variety of events, projects and promotional activities that help students get the most out of their time at university and prepare for their future careers.
We want someone who is:
Customer-focused and confident in delivering excellent service to a wide range of audiencesDigitally capable, with good Microsoft Office skills and the ability to learn new systems quicklyOrganised and proactive, able to independently prioritise tasks and manage varying peaks in demandA clear communicator, able to explain processes, share information and handle complex queries with sensitivityExperienced in administration and/or customer-facing roles, ideally with experience handling enquiries through different channelsThis is a full time (37.0 hours per week), permanent position, and we welcome applications from candidates seeking to job share.
