This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic International team as an Agent Conversion Officer, where you will play a central role in turning applications into enrolments.

In your new role you will use your expertise in international student recruitment to shape the journey of students from across the world and deliver a seamless experience for agent-referred students.  You will lead on key operational processes that drive application conversion, working closely with marketing and recruitment colleagues to improve systems, strengthen agent engagement, and use data to identify opportunities for growth.

To be successful in your new role you should have:

Strong administrative, analytical problem-solving skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsExperience of customer-facing work, ideally with international stakeholders.Understanding of the UK higher education sector and/or international student recruitment processes

This role is offered on a full-time (37.0 hours per week) basis; however, we welcome applications form people seeking to job share. After an initial training period there will also be the ability for some home working under our Agile Working Framework.
