Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Systems Administrator to be part of the support and service management team of our Office 365 ecosystem. The service includes Teams, Email, Teams Telephony, EntraAD, Azure, and associated services. This role also oversees the support of secondary web systems (WordPress and related infrastructure) and identity/access control services.

You will manage a small team of systems administrators and act as a key escalation point for service issues, roadmap planning, and stakeholder integration. 

Key ResponsibilitiesOffice 365 & Azure AdministrationDaily support and administration of Office 365 services including Teams, OneDrive, EntraAD and AzureManage service changes and small-scale projects across 365 and Azure platformsAct as a backup for other Office 365 specialists within the team including SharePoint and ExchangeService Management & Stakeholder EngagementLead service management for Teams, Teams Telephony, and AzureMaintain communication channels for support teams using 365 servicesAdvise the Delivery Manager (Platform) and ISS stakeholders on strategic changes and roadmap developmentsWeb Systems & Identity ManagementOversee secondary web systems including WordPress and related infrastructureManage identity and access control systems across supported platformsTeam LeadershipLine manage two Grade 7 Systems AdministratorsProvide day-to-day oversight, performance reporting, and service delivery leadershipEnsure high standards of service management and continuous improvement
