You will manage our staff communications across our UK campuses, ensuring that colleagues are well-informed, and feel equipped and supported in helping to achieve the university’s vision of sustainable academic excellence. At a time of challenge and change, you will ensure staff receive clear, timely communications on platforms that work for them.
Essential skills include:
· Experience in planning, developing and delivering communications and engagement strategies for diverse audiences.
· Development of robust communications plans to ensure timely and high-quality communications and engagement.
· Using analytics to measure campaign impact and make improvements on an annual cycle.
· Ability to map audiences and explain complex issues in a clear, concise, engaging language.
· Excellent planning skills and the ability to balance conflicting deadlines and multiple priorities, ensuring that campaigns are completed to deadline.

This role is permanent and full time (36.25 hours). The University supports hybrid working. Arrangements can be agreed locally with your line manager.
