About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a skilled administrator to join the Department of Marketing, Communications and Student Recruitment.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
Coordinating the financial administration of the department; raising and receipting purchase orders, monitoring overdue invoices, supporting the managers with preparation for quarterly finance review meetings.Planning projects and timelines within the department to ensure resources are used in an efficient and effective manner, which comply with risk management, health and safety, business continuity and other organisational prioritiesOrganising and scheduling meetings for the department and controlling meeting actions to ensure minutes are structed and stored correctly.The role is perfect for someone with extensive experience of supporting a wide range of managers and teams and coordinating a variety of projects.
