At a glance, your role is to work as part of a team to serve food and drinks to the correct specification, working efficiently, all while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety and customer service. 

Our pubs open early and close late, so we offer great flexibility with shift patterns, including mornings, evenings, weekends and late finishes.

Duties include:

taking orders, preparing, dispensing and serving drinks to the correct spec, whether at the bar or via the customer appdelivering food to customers, ensuring that check-backs are completed and clearing plates within the required timeframeproviding friendly customer interactions: say "hello", thank customers and build rapportbeing knowledgeable about promotions, events and new productsmaintain our `clean as you go` standards, including clearing tables, wiping surfaces and carrying out toilet checksworking in all areas, including glass-washing, restocking fridges, floor and beer garden clearing and other duties, as needed

Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm in your role and show commitment to your pub and to Wetherspoon.Have the ability to manage time and prioritise tasks.Have a friendly nature and the ability to develop good communications skills.Be honest, trustworthy and respectful.Remain calm when working in a fast-paced environment.Adhere to Wetherspoon’s appearance standards.Receive regular feedback from the management team and achieve any actions agreed on.
