The purpose of this role will be to assist the Principal Investigator and research team in the delivery of clinical research projects by performing pulmonary function tests in accordance with clinical trial protocols and local and national guidelines

The role holder must be suitably qualified and be able to plan, undertake and perform simple interpretation on a range of pulmonary diagnostic assessment. They will be expected to have a working knowledge of all health and safety policies pertaining to the post holder, their working environment and patient care.

The team are based within the Respiratory Theme of the Nottingham Biomedical Research Centre (BRC)

About you- 

Degree or equivalent experience in respiratory health care settingDocumented evidence of working as a respiratory physiologist Works independently within established and clearly defined policies (ARTP/BTS guidelinesExperienced in performing the range of respiratory diagnostic tests listed in the job description
