Applications are invited for the role of College Senior Finance Clerk in the Lincoln International Business School. The role is based in the Executive Office team based at Brayford Campus.

The role would provide a range of accounting duties. Major aspects of the role would include management of non-pay budgets and databases, operational budget preparation, financial management of our research awards (post-award management) , and financial management of Associate Lecturer funds.

Experience/skills required:

Confidence in double entry book keeping and familiarity with accounting termsHighly numerate with good attention to detail and the ability to pro-actively check workCompetent IT user (predominately use of Excel)Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlinesComfortable working in a team environment and able to use own initiative

Excellent inter-personal skills, a professional approach in dealing with finance based and non-finance based staff.

This position does not fulfil the UK Visas & Immigration sponsorship criteria for Tier 2.
