With a focus on supporting students and graduates to achieve positive destinations, the role will provide a high level of administration and project support across the team and will involve a significant degree of communication with students and external partners. The post-holder will assist the team with the organisation of large, high profile events, maintaining and developing effective administrative systems, and respond to and direct where necessary internal and external communications.  The post-holders will also be responsible for managing the Careers+ jobs database for students and graduates, ensuring roles, events and opportunities are promoted and cascaded to relevant cohorts in in a timely fashion. Applicants should have experience of working with spreadsheets and Microsoft packages to produce reports, and using social media to promote opportunities and events.
