ISS (the IT Services division at Lancaster University) are looking for a recent graduate to support staff and students at Lancaster with their use of digital technology.
You will be a confident user of Information Technology and will be able to use a number of software applications on a range of devices. You will also be an excellent communicator, being able to communicate technical issues to a non-technical audience, and to be able to listen to and analyse people’s ways of working. The role will involve working with a range of teams both inside and outside of ISS. Experience of teaching and production of electronic resources would be an advantage.
This is a full time, two year fixed term position, with a grade 3 annual salary of £17,079. You will complete a level 3 apprenticeship in Digital Learning Design as part of the role, for 14 months.
