The Lakeside Restaurant and Coffee Shop are part of the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management which is ranked in the top five Schools for hospitality and leisure management in the QS World University Rankings 2018 achieving a five-star rating. We are also ranked in the top three for hospitality, leisure, recreation and tourism in the Complete University Guide 2020. The Lakeside Restaurant and Coffee Shop is a unique operation, which is led by a team of professional staff and assisted (during semester time) by talented students studying on the BSc International Hospitality Management programme.

Lakeside is recruiting a Chef de Partie whose key responsibilities will be to assist the Head Chef and Sous chef as well as providing a first-class catering service to both internal and external customers visiting the Lakeside Restaurant and coffee shop. If you have a passion for excellent food across different outlets, work well with others and are excited to work in this unique environment we would love to hear from you.
