Applications are invited for the above post based at the Royal Derby Hospital Centre in the Division of Medical Sciences and Graduate Entry Medicine.

You will provide administrative support for the clinical academic research groups within the Division. In addition you will provide assistance to the Divisional Administrator/PA to the Head of Division with staffing and division administration, including administrative support to the Head of Division and senior members of staff.

You must be qualified to GCSE level to include English and Maths (or equivalent), or have significant work experience in a similar role. Extensive MS office skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with previous experience of arranging and servicing meetings. You must have the ability to work as part of a team.

This full-time post will be offered on a permanent contract.  Job share arrangements may be considered for this post. Hours of work are 36.25 hours per week, Monday – Friday.
