Do you have good communication and IT skills and pride yourself on your accuracy and attention to detail? Would you like to join an office-based team supporting a high quality professional library service?

We have a great opportunity for a Library Adviser to join the University of Nottingham Libraries Resource Acquisitions Team until 31st July 2020 to assist with the ordering, receipt and processing of library materials. The role is part of the Content and Discovery Section within one of the biggest Universities in the UK and with campuses in China and Malaysia.

You will have experience of working as part of a clerical or administrative team with working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and a proven ability to work well under pressure. You will be a friendly, approachable person who will be working to provide an exceptional service. As a member of the Resource Acquisitions Team, you will be expected to work collaboratively with colleagues, striving to deliver continuous improvement in your role.

Hours of work will be part time (20 hours per week).
