Research Fellow in Theoretical Nuclear Physics (045019)

Working with the Theoretical Nuclear Physics Group at the Unviersity of Surrey, this position will involve developing and implementing theoretical methods in nuclear reactions and dynamics.  The work is part of programme of research funded by the UK Science and Technology Facilities council covering areas such as time-dependent approaches; fusion reactions; direct reactions; optical potentials; few-body  methods; continuum effects.

The successful applicant will work in one of these, or closely-related, areas, and will work with one or more of Dr Alexis Diaz-Torres (a.diaztorres@surrey.ac.uk), Dr Paul Stevenson (p.stevenson@surrey.ac.uk) and Dr Natasha Timofeyuk (n.timofeyuk@surrey.ac.uk) to any of whom further enquiries may be made.
