Member Experience Advisor (036419-R-R-R)

An opportunity has arisen within Member Services department for a self-motivated, pro-active and highly organised individual to join our team.

The Member Experience Advisor will provide support and advice to existing members as part of the Fitness Suite's reception team and will also support the new members' journey as part of the enquiry and on boarding process. The post holder is required to exercise some independence when prioritising daily tasks, this will include successfully managing any conflicting demands and being able to make effective and appropriate decisions.

The successful candidate will have experience of working within a customer focused environment, educated to GCSE level or equivalent, has excellent IT skills and knowledge of the fitness industry.

This role requires work during unsocial hours, including early mornings, late evening and at weekends.
