You will also be responsible for supporting student-led diversity and support groups, as well as providing the lead on inclusivity, diversity and equality throughout the SU.

You will have a background and relevant experience in advice work including the management of an advice service. You must have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and be able to communicate on all levels. You will have experience of managing a team of staff and volunteers. You will have knowledge of the Students’ Union’s cause mission and values, and will have knowledge of HE academic and welfare issues.
