Surrey Business School (SBS) is an internationally recognised centre for Management research and teaching that is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) and by the Association of MBAs (AMBA). We run undergraduate and postgraduate programmes across a range of management disciplines.

 

The School is committed to delivering exceptional student experience and we are seeking an exceptional Senior Teaching Fellow in Human Resource Management/ Organisation Behaviour at undergraduate and postgraduate level and to join our People and Organisations Department.  Candidates who have professional qualifications within the area of law would be an advantage, although not essential.

 

You will have drive and a commitment to excellence in learning and teaching. The successful candidate will possess demonstrable ability to teach at postgraduate and undergraduate levels and evidence of significant knowledge within their field. Experience of learning programme design would be an advantage. The successful candidate may be required to lead undergraduate or postgraduate programmes.

 

Successful candidates will find the People and Organisations Department to be a positive, supportive, collaborative, and highly productive environment within which to develop their teaching career. All staff in the Department are expected to contribute to teaching and business engagement activity.
