The purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive post-award project management support for the university’s Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) portfolio. 

You will provide project support across a broad programme of projects which will include monitoring systems and databases, managing LMC (Local Management Committee) partnerships, meetings, final reports and related data and being responsible for early identification of problems and in-project trouble-shooting. You will also be responsible for managing project finances and the recruitment of KTP Associates, in consultation with KTP project teams.

You will bring your experience of university/business collaborations, or have experience in working in multi-partner projects. This role requires highly developed inter-personal skills and communication skills, and the ability to plan and balance priorities. You will provide high levels of customer service and should have a problem-solving approach. To be successful in this role, you will also be an excellent team player. The KTP Team sits within the Enterprise Services Team, therefore other tasks may fall within the Enterprise portfolio. 

This is a full-time (37 hours a week) fixed-term post for 12 months, to cover a secondment.   Applications from those wishing to job share are also welcome.
