The Admissions team is looking to recruit to an Admissions Co-ordinator. This varied and busy role will work within our admissions team, with responsibility for reviewing applications to study at the University and for making admission decisions for a portfolio of courses at undergraduate and taught postgraduate level. Alongside your team, you will work closely with admissions tutors, colleagues in student recruitment and marketing, and other stakeholders, as well as with applicants and their supporters from whom you will handle enquiries. You will additionally contribute to other activities, including, for example, assisting at the University’s high profile Open Days and Applicant Visit/Interview Days, and during the busy exam results season which culminates in the annual Confirmation and Clearing period.

To be successful in this role you will be an excellent team player who takes pride in giving customers a high quality and friendly service. You will be able to follow policies and procedures accurately whilst balancing the demands of competing priorities. You will embrace change, be supportive to your colleagues, and be able to demonstrate a high standard of communication and inter-personal skills.
