This exciting externally funded opportunity has arisen within the University of Lincoln's award winning Careers & Employability team. Funded by the Office for Students Challenge Fund competition, these two graduate development roles will work with the project manager and broader project team to ensure that we engage with employer and student stakeholders to meet the intended outcomes and objectives of this externally funded project. The roles will support the delivery and evaluation of this exciting initiative to support students and graduates to engage with a broader range of employment opportunities across the Greater Lincolnshire region, in collaboration with our project partner, Bishop Grosseteste University. The roles will be required to network and maintain contact with a broad range of medium to large sized employers across the Greater Lincolnshire region, whilst also building relations with students from across both universities, and a range of disciplines - maintaining their engagement and monitoring their progress as they work to solve real world industry/ business challenges. An integral outcome of the project is to increase the visibility and awareness of opportunity in the region. Working with key internal stakeholders, these graduate development roles will be required to support with the on-going engagement and participation of students and employers, to support effective evaluation and reporting of the impact and outcomes. They will also support the project manager to meet the projects associated targets and timeframes. These posts are two year fixed term in accordance with our funding allocation.
