Level 3 Early Years Practitioner Opportunities

The University Of Nottingham are looking to appoint a number of Early Years Practitioners to join our OFSTED “Outstanding” provisions. Due to a restructure, and a number of internal promotions, you will be working across our age ranges, from 4 months - 12 years at both our Day Nursery and Play Centre.

With a strong commitment to high quality provision, you will need to be creative and able to provide a stimulating environment for children that engages their interest, curiosity and exploration and discovery skills. Working as part of a dedicated team you will be required to build strong relationships with the children and their families, whilst providing a safe and secure emotional environment in which the children can thrive.

You will have access to a supportive management, focused on your development and career progression. We will carry out and analyse regular observations, produce individual development plans including allowing you to access internal and external training courses, with time to study built in. You will have access to our Leadership and Management Academy, which allows you to develop your skills in managing, at all stages of your career, along with other relevant training (such as Forest School leader training).
