We have an exciting opportunity to join our Pension department in the positions of Pensions Officer which is a full-time position. You will be a qualified Pensions Administrator (QPA/CPC/DPA) qualification/equivalent or relevant experience in occupational pension schemes is essential.

You will be expected to liaise, build relationships and communicate with a wide range of University staff with the ability to explain pension options within various scenarios relevant to the appropriate scheme, providing sufficient information for colleagues to be able to make an informed decision.  You will communicate with tact and discretion on a regular basis with external colleagues and members of the schemes.

You will also be expected to become involved in any ongoing pensions implementations and investigative workshops/training necessary both internally and externally. The successful candidate will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, email, the internet and databases.
