The University of Surrey is seeking to recruit an exceptional data expert into the Strategic Planning department to fulfil the role as Admissions Manager (Data). The role is fixed term for twelve months commencing in September 2019. The role is offered as a full-time contract but we welcome applications from talented individuals looking for part-time contracts.

The Admissions Manager (Data) will support the University’s objectives by ensuring that admissions activity is underpinned by robust and accurate data management and business intelligence reporting.  The post holder will be responsible for generating and analysing strategic and operational data reporting related to student admissions in order for the institution to monitor and make strategic decisions based upon application, offer and response volumes to achieve student number plans. The post holder will drive improvements in data management, ensure data accuracy, and enhancing reporting in relation to admissions to meet current and future organisational requirements.

They will work collaboratively with colleagues in Strategic Planning, Admissions, Recruitment and Marketing  to provide ongoing specialist data support and advice. Attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
