Behavioural Psychologist - KTP Associate (fixed term) (SCI335019)

The University of Nottingham is inviting applications for a Behavioural Psychologist to join our exciting collaboration with Together Agency Limited. Based at Together in Nottingham City Centre, you will have the unique opportunity to take a central role in the delivery of a project to develop methodologies that will provide behavioural psychology and storytelling insights into the development of Together’s services and agency reputation.

As an ambitious individual, this is an exciting opportunity for you to carry out a high-profile Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) project and immerse yourself in a dynamic and high-performing creative marketing agency. A key aspect of your role will be to transfer the latest science-based research in behavioural psychology to identify, implement and embed new methodologies and practices into the company for commercial delivery alongside the implementation of linguistic and narrative tools and techniques. You will work with a variety of stakeholders to ensure that the methodologies implemented are aligned with Together’s client needs. Therefore, an awareness of commercial drivers and previous industrial experience is desirable, but not essential.  

You should hold or be close to completion of a Masters or PhD in Behavioural Psychology or related subject.

Together Agency is a small, close-knit, creative marketing agency located in the heart of Nottingham City Centre, providing services in Digital, Social Media, Brand and Packaging Design.

This is a full time, fixed term 24 month contract funded through the a KTP award, a UK Government scheme, enabling graduates (KTP Associates) to work on exciting and challenging projects in a partnership between a business and university.
