You will be a fully rounded Learning and Development professional with experience of using learning Management/Talent Platforms. You will be a confident experienced practitioner, with experience of content design, delivery and evaluation of a range of staff developments learning interventions. You will lead on various learning programmes we offer staff and managers in the University such as Induction, Staff development, Team development, Leadership and Management development.   You will also be working in partnership with HRBPs and leaders at a local level.  It is essential that you are experienced in diagnosing and creating bespoke, business focused solutions to enhance team and people management skills, including facilitating away days, action learning sets and providing one to one and group coaching as required. You’ll be a professional, experienced OD and learning practitioner, able to influence and engage diverse stakeholders and establish credibility at all levels.  You’ll demonstrate highly developed communication, facilitation and change management skills. You will bring tangible evidence of driving positive cultural change within a complex system. In addition to being CIPD qualified or equivalent, you’ll have well developed stakeholder management skills and technical skills in using integrated HR and learning management systems.
