We have an exciting opportunity for an organised, proactive, and dedicated Film Assistant to work within our Creative Services Team on a 12 month placement. The post-holder will be a key member of the team, responsible for responding to incoming film production briefs, liaising with external film suppliers, editing and producing low-level films and managing our inventory of equipment.The post-holder will also provide critical support by coordinating production schedules, assisting suppliers with booking rooms and locations, and maintaining our archive footage.

This role will:

Coordinate all incoming film briefs, ascertaining requirements and booking in with the appropriate suppliers. Liaise with internal customers and suppliers throughout production of any film content through to delivery. Manage archived/b-roll footage, including supplying relevant footage to customers or to suppliers to support the production of new film. Maintaining equipment log and booking system. Ensuring POs are raised and Invoices processed in a timely manner. Ad-hoc low level film requirements

The successful candidate will have:

An understanding of video production methods, pre and postproduction workflow, and knowledge of the technologies involved. An understanding or awareness of video production tools such Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Audition Good organisational and communication skills
