Kitchen Porter (RH8008-19-365)

Bring your previous experience of working in a busy kitchen and strong teamwork and customer service skills to our fast-paced innovative outlets where you will play an important role supporting the delivery of high quality hospitality services.

You will be responsible for providing support to the Hospitality team, helping to deliver a high standard, quality food service for a diverse group of customers including students, staff and conference guests.  You will have specific responsibility for ensuring that the operation has a constant supply of clean equipment and crockery and to keep both front and back of house environments clean and safe whilst following Food Safety and Health and Safety guidelines. You will also be responsible for accepting and storing deliveries as set out by the same guidelines.

Experience of working in a busy kitchen environment is essential, as is the ability to work within a team and to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

Hours for the post are 7.30am - 3.30pm Mon - Thurs and 7.30am - 3.00pm Fri.  Job sharers welcome.
