We are now looking to recruit an Administrator to support our Director of Research, Impact Lead and Director of Post Graduate Research Programmes as they move forward the School’s strategy in these areas. This exciting opportunity will suit a professional, enthusiastic and well-motivated administrator with the ability to work individually and as part of an effective team.

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive individual with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. The post holder will need to demonstrate strong communication skills and a confident style to develop positive working relationships with individuals and departments within the University. 

The successful candidate will be able to multi task and manage a varied work load ranging from day to day administrative and office management tasks to helping deliver a busy programme of events and engagement activities. Occasional evening, early morning and weekend work will be required to support some events.

You will be interested in higher education and the work of Surrey Business School and able to develop relationships and manage communication with a wide range of internal and external audiences. You should possess good IT skills, including MS Office and be willing to learn the different University IT systems.
