Are you looking for a challenging and varied role as a Personal Assistant to senior management? Do you have substantial experience at a senior level as a PA? Do you have excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively with personnel at all levels?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to provide professional and high level administrative and secretarial support to the Director of Campus Development; a member of the University’s Senior Executive Team located on Level 13 of the Marjorie and Arnold Ziff Building. You will work collaboratively with another Senior PA to provide co-ordinated, seamless PA support to the Director to ensure consistent support at a high level.

You will have substantial experience as a PA to senior management and possess excellent secretarial, interpersonal and organisational skills.  You will be a strong team player with excellent communication skills.  The ability to demonstrate a high degree of personal responsibility and initiative in all areas of the role is essential. Diplomatic and discreet in approach, you will be skilled at managing a complex workload accurately, including electronic diary and correspondence management. 

This is a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of the Director of Campus Development’s office and will appeal to suitably qualified candidates seeking an exciting and challenging part-time role.
