About You

This is an exciting, interesting, varied and challenging role, which will require you to be adaptable, creative, supportive and organised, with a willingness to try new approaches.  You should have excellent communication and relationship-building skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

About the Role

The role will involve identifying, designing and facilitating simulation and clinical skills sessions which support the development of the student into a safe, competent healthcare professional.

As part of the Simulation and Skills Education team, you will provide support and guidance to academic staff in using simulation-based education and will be involved in delivering faculty development sessions. In addition, the role requires an involvement in assessment both in the Multiple Mini Interviews and in the OSCEs.
