The University of Bath is looking for two individuals to join our team in an exciting new Transport Customer Liaison role within our Security department. In your role as Transport Customer Liaison, you will assist the efficient running of the UniBus service, providing excellent customer service to students, staff, visitors and the city of Bath populace.

The bus service operated from the Claverton campus is very important for the University, and we have invested heavily in the infrastructure. Over 50% of all staff and students arrive at the University by bus and during term time there are over 12,000 passenger trips/day.  

The University of Bath is seeking two individuals to act as customer ambassadors in their role as Transport Customer Liaison to ensure that all passengers leaving from campus at busy times are able to begin their journey quickly by providing information, ensuring all passengers get on with the correct ticket ready for inspection and directing those without tickets to the ticket booth.

The successful candidate will be happy to work with students, staff, visitors and the city of Bath populace understanding that they are your customer, including late at night. Therefore, it is essential that you strive to maintain an excellent standard of customer service at all times and that you are keen to build effective working relationships.
