Are you keen to work in a fast paced, dynamic and innovative environment? Do you have experience of working in or managing clinical trials? Do you have strong communication skills and are able to interact with a range of stakeholders across multiple organisations?

You will work to support the delivery of a National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) portfolio of studies, with a specific responsibility for the feasibility service.. You will liaise directly with the life sciences industry, national research delivery team, cluster offices and local industry operation managers to facilitate the feasibility assessment, portfolio entry and subsequent set up and delivery of studies to time and target within the Clinical Research Network (CRN).  You will have strong communication, organisational, leadership and project management skills and the ability to work with a range of stakeholders.

Working in this challenging role you will require a high level of motivation, organisation and proactivity.  A strong focus on customer service is essential as you will be a key point of contact for Life Sciences companies and academic investigators seeking timely advice, support and guidance on relevant Network feasibility and eligibility processes for their clinical research studies. With an ability to work independently and resolve complex problems you will need to be comfortable working and adapting in a fast paced and changing environment. 

The Research Feasibility Facilitator will report to the Head of Feasibility and Start-up within the Research Delivery Directorate, and will have line management responsibility for a small team of Feasibility Coordinators and be responsible for their professional development.
