The Curriculum Development Office, within the Centre for Learning and Teaching, is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to provide administrative support for its activities. This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team at the heart of the University’s support for learning and teaching, including working on items of strategic priority for the institution.

You will have responsibility for supporting the effective organisation and operation of the team’s meetings, workshops, and other activities, as well as providing administrative support for related tasks and project work.

We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, including the ability to multi-task and to prioritise a high workload. You will be proactive, able to work independently, and your attention to detail will be vital.

You will have experience of working with a range of stakeholders, have proficient interpersonal skills competencies, as well as and strong IT skills. An administrative background is desirable to enable you to deliver the high standards of service required.

This role is on a fixed term basis for 6 months. The working hours are 18.25 (0.5 FTE) per week.
