This is an opportunity for a lecturer with a teaching and/or research specialism in counselling or clinical psychology to join a team with an established reputation in applied social, cultural and critical psychology. 

A PhD in Psychology or a Professional Doctorate in Counselling or Clinical Psychology (or near completion) is essential, as well as up-to-date, sound knowledge of counselling and psychotherapy theory and practice. In addition, you will have a solid knowledge of general psychology as a basis for teaching on a variety of core BPS psychology curriculum areas, across our undergraduate and postgraduate psychology programmes. 

You must be eligible for membership of the British Psychological Society. 

This is permanent, full time post and job sharers are welcome to apply. The start date would be as soon as mutually agreeable.
