To be successful in your application, you will preferably have a nursing background, hold a PhD in a related field, and have a reputation and proven track record of achievement in professional practice, education and research. You will contribute to our pre and post-registration programmes of education and pursue a programme of research within the Long Term Conditions research group. You will need to have evidence of research leadership in relation to health and social care of people with long term conditions including a good track record of successful research grant applications and high-quality journal publications. You will also need to have considerable experience in education at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. A Lecturer or Associate Professor post will be offered depending on merits of the successful applicant.
