The University needs a talented Business and Test Analyst to join the Digital Transformation team; a highly motivated and ambitious team that aims to create a sector-leading approach to the way we deliver information and digital services to our students and staff. We need people with a passion for web, database and mobile development, and with a love of logical thinking and problem-solving.

You’ll be working as part of in a close-knit, supportive team helping to shape and ensure quality delivery of digital solutions across the University. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their existing skills and help transform the way the University works.

As a Business & Test Analyst you will:

Apply testing tools and techniques, to plan and execute software tests of application components (functional and non-functional) to verify that the software satisfies specified requirements and to detect errors;Operate all stages of the Business Analysis lifecycle embracing agile and other development approaches. Understanding of evidence-based requirements and customer journey mapping. Understanding of mapping requirements with existing functionality and identify gaps that require additional configuration or customisation.Work with a small, agile team of professionals with a range of skills and focus on delivering the best for our students;Work on the adoption of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software; Be able to express your creativity and problem-skills;Be a key part of an ambitious, exciting and challenging programme of transformation
