Successful candidates will employ state-of-the-art experimental approaches and cutting-edge analysis tools to pursue projects in molecular and cellular immunology. The research group headed by Christina Zielinski focusses on human T cell immunology and questions related to the generation, maintenance and plasticity of human T helper cells in health and disease (Zielinski et al. Nature 2012, Noster et al. Sci Transl Med 2015, Matthias et al. Sci Transl Med 2019). The prospective candidate will have the opportunity to investigate the regulation of the human tissue resident T cells.
