Description :

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Learning Partnerships Office (LPO) at the University of Bath for an Online Programme Development Manager.

LPO already manages the development and operational delivery of a suite of 100% Online Master’s Programmes offered across a range of subject areas. The first cohort of students joined the programmes in April 2019, with new courses continuing to be developed. The successful applicant will be apart of this team and will manage the development and approval of new online courses, from inception to delivery, and jointly oversee the progress of current programme developments.

Working closely with the Head of LPO, University departments and external partner staff, the postholder will require excellent communication, collaboration and negotiation skills to interface with and manage different perspectives and approaches to online provision whilst maintaining a sense of purpose and meeting tight deadlines.

This is an opportunity for someone who has a proven track record of successful academic programme development and is an accomplished project manager within the context of Higher Education. You will need to have the ability to work across organisational boundaries, to take a key role in the further development of this initiative at the University which offers students from all over the world access to our high quality learning and teaching.
